Component B Pure Mettal is the liquid part of the two-component system PURE METTAL, designed to be combined with the metallic powders of Component A. When mixed, they form a trowel-applicable mass that allows the creation of decorative coatings with a high real metallic content, providing a shiny, textured, and sophisticated finish. This system is ideal for interior or exterior projects where a strong visual impact is required.
- Clean and prepare the substrate; apply a compatible primer such as PRIMACEM ABS.
- Mix Component A (metallic powder) with Component B in the appropriate proportion until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Apply the first coat with a metal trowel.
- Let it dry for 2 to 4 hours.
- Apply a second coat following the same process.
- Let it dry for 24 hours before handling.
- It is recommended to lightly sand or polish between coats to intensify the metallic effect.
- Seal with Presealer and two coats of Topsealer to protect the finish.

Storage conditions
Store in its original tightly closed container, in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life of up to 1 year from the date of manufacture. Once mixed with Component A, the paste must be used within a maximum of 7 days.

What is Pure Mettal?
It is a two-component system for creating continuous decorative coatings with a high content of real metal. By mixing the metallic powder (Component A) with its resin (Component B) you get a paste that gives a bright finish with the texture and look of authentic metal.
Do I have to buy both Component A and Component B?
Yes. Component A (bronze, aluminium, iridium, brass or copper powder) only works when mixed with the specific Pure Mettal Component B, so you need both.
Where can I apply it?
On walls, floors, furniture or architectural elements, both indoors and outdoors. It is compatible with substrates such as microcement, concrete, ceramic, plaster, plasterboard or wood.
How is it applied?
Prepare the substrate and prime it (for example, with Primacem ABS). Mix A and B until you get a homogeneous paste, apply a first coat with a trowel, let it dry for 2 to 4 hours, apply the second and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
How long can I use the mix once prepared?
Once Component A has been mixed with Component B, you must use the paste within a maximum of 7 days, keeping it closed and away from heat and moisture.
How do I get more shine and how do I protect the finish?
We recommend polishing the surface to enhance the metallic shine. To protect it, apply two coats of Presealer, sand lightly and finish with two coats of Topsealer WT One Coat.
