Component A Pure Mettal Aluminium is a high-purity metallic powder formulated to be mixed with a specific resin (Component B) to create continuous decorative metallic coatings. It belongs to the PURE METTAL range, which allows for the creation of surfaces with a real, bright, and aesthetically impactful aluminum finish. It is ideal for professionals seeking industrial-style finishes on walls, furniture, or floors, both indoors and outdoors.

Main Characteristics

How to Use

1. Prepare the surface, ensuring it is clean, dry, level, and well-adhered.
2. Apply an appropriate primer coat (Primacem ABS or Primacem Plus) and allow to dry.
3. Mix Component A (aluminum powder) with Component B (hybrid resin) until a uniform paste is achieved, following the proportions specified in the system's technical data sheet.
4. Apply two coats of the product with a trowel, allowing 2 to 4 hours of drying time between coats.
5. Allow the final coat to dry for at least 24 hours before any additional finishing.
6. Polishing the surface is recommended to enhance the aluminum's sheen.
7. It is recommended to seal with two coats of Presealer, lightly sand, and then apply two coats of Topsealer WT One Coat to protect the coating.

Storage Conditions

Store in the original, tightly sealed container, in a dry and ventilated place between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: up to 12 months from the manufacturing date if stored correctly. Once mixed with the resin (Component B), the product must be used within a maximum of 7 days, keeping it sealed and in stable conditions.
