Stonecem
Stonecem® Floor is a decorative mortar for printed concrete that is dusted onto fresh concrete as a hardener or wearing course. It gives floors a mineral, matt, non-slip finish with high abrasion resistance, indoors and outdoors.
How the system is applied

Fresh concrete
Pour and level the concrete. Wait for the bleed water to evaporate before applying the mortar.

Dusting
Dust on 2/3 of the Stonecem® Floor, work it in with a float, add the rest and smooth with a steel trowel.

Release agent and stamping
Apply Desmocem® Powder or Liquid and stamp the texture with Imacem® moulds: over 100 possible finishes.

Cleaning
After at least 48 h, remove the release agent with a pressure washer (Powder) or by sweeping (Liquid).

Sealing
With the surface dry, apply at least two coats of Sealcem® WT or DSV and let it harden for 3 days before use.

What is Stonecem® Floor and what is it used for?
It is a decorative mortar for printed concrete used as a hardener or wearing course on new printed concrete floors. It offers high mechanical performance, high abrasion resistance and a mineral, matt, non-slip finish.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. Stonecem® Floor is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use: it is weather- and UV-resistant, and works for pavements, terraces, porches, swimming pools, car parks or areas with heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
How is Stonecem® Floor applied?
It is sprinkled over the fresh concrete once the bleed water has evaporated: first 2/3 of the quantity, worked in with a float, then the rest, and smoothed with a steel trowel. Then the release agent is applied and it is stamped with the moulds.
What other products do I need to make printed concrete with Stonecem® Floor?
You need a release agent, Desmocem® Powder or Desmocem® Liquid, Imacem® moulds to stamp the texture and, for protection, Sealcem® WT or Sealcem® DSV sealer. If you want an extra decorative finish you can use the Oxicem® Concrete system.
When is the release agent removed and how is the floor protected?
After at least 48 hours, remove the release agent: with a pressure washer if you used Desmocem® Powder, or by sweeping if you used Desmocem® Liquid. With the surface dry, apply at least two coats of Sealcem® WT or DSV and let it harden for 3 days before use.
What textures and finishes can I achieve?
With Imacem® moulds you can stamp it in more than 100 different finishes and textures. The result is a floor with a mineral, matt, non-slip look, available in a wide range of colours.
