Sealcem® WT S70 25L

Sealcem® WT S70 is a ready-to-use, styrene-acrylic water-based varnish designed to protect and enhance continuous stamped concrete pavements, microcement, and other decorative cementitious surfaces. Its transparent finish improves curing, accentuates the coloring of coatings, and preserves the original texture, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor applications.

How to use

1. Ensure the substrate is dry and clean, at least 72 hours after laying the pavement.
2. Apply with a spray gun, brush, or roller, at a distance of 30–40 cm from the substrate, avoiding accumulations.
3. Allow to dry for 1 to 2 hours before applying a second coat. Recoating can be done after 2–4 hours.
4. Full curing occurs between 24 and 48 hours.

Storage conditions

Store in its original, tightly closed container, in a dry and ventilated place, at temperatures between 10 ºC and 30 ºC. Shelf life: up to 1 year from the manufacturing date.
