Shipping coverage and delivery logistics

We distribute our products throughout Spain (including the mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), in Europe, and internationally.

You can process your purchase directly and securely through our online store. If you have any technical questions regarding customs or the feasibility of transport to your geographic area, our support team is at your disposal to confirm the details.

Important note regarding delivery: Partner shipping agencies perform the unloading of goods at street level. This means the carrier will deposit the packages at the main entrance or access point of the building, and they are not responsible for bringing the material up to the door of your home or business.

Estimated delivery times for Spain

• Iberian Peninsula: The standard delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours, calculated from the moment the order is processed and picked up from our central facilities by the logistics company.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Estimated transit time extends to one week (7 business days).

Estimated delivery times for international shipping

• Europe (European Union): The estimated transit time for major European destinations is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination country and the accessibility of the delivery area, calculated from when the goods leave our logistics center.
• Rest of the world (International Shipping): For shipments outside the European Union, the approximate delivery time ranges between 7 and 12 business days.

Transit times are managed independently by the transport agencies. Any specific delay resulting from the delivery service is beyond the control of Topciment and therefore will not be considered a justified cause for returning the order at the brand's expense.

Order management and cancellation

If you need to cancel a purchase, we can process the cancellation provided the shipment has not yet been dispatched. Because transport agencies collect goods from our warehouses daily at 15:00 (Spanish time), it is essential that we receive your formal request before this deadline.
