Stonecem® Floor White 25Kg

Stonecem® Floor Blanco is a decorative stamped mortar formulated with selected aggregates, designed for pavements using the stamped concrete system. It offers a matte, mineral, and non-slip finish, ideal for high-traffic areas. Available in neutral colors such as White, it combines perfectly with Imacem® molds to create personalized textures and remains durable outdoors and indoors thanks to its mechanical, UV, and weather resistance.

• Functions as a decorative hardener or wearing course on fresh concrete.

• Applicable with Imacem® molds to achieve decorative reliefs in over 100 available textures.

Instructions for Use

1. Pour fresh concrete and wait for the bleed water to completely disappear.
2. Broadcast the product at 4 kg/m² (dark colors) and 6 kg/m² (White) over the concrete.
3. Apply 2/3 of the product and bull float to embed it into the surface; then apply the remainder and smooth again.
4. Smooth with a steel trowel and finish edges with an edging trowel to prevent chipping.
5. Once superficially hardened, apply Desmocem® Powder (or Liquid indoors) as a release agent.
6. Stamp with Imacem® molds, slightly overlapping for continuity in the design.
7. After at least 48 hours, remove the release agent and clean the surface.
8. Protect with two coats of Sealcem® WT or DSV varnish, allowing 3 days to cure before use.

Coverage

• Approximately 4 to 6 kg/m², depending on color and porosity of the underlying concrete.

Storage Conditions

Store in its original sealed packaging, in a dry and ventilated place, free from humidity, at temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life up to 12 months, according to official data sheet.
