Component A Pure Mettal Brass is a metallic powder developed to create decorative surfaces with an authentic brass effect. It is part of the two-component PURE METTAL system, which, when mixed with its specific resin (Component B), allows continuous coatings with high metallic content, real texture, and a shiny finish. Its brass tone adds an elegant and industrial character to interior and exterior spaces, on floors, walls, furniture, or decorative elements.

How to use

1. Prepare the substrate, ensuring it is firm, dry, clean, and level.
2. Apply an appropriate primer (Primacem ABS or Primacem Plus) and let it dry.
3. Mix Component A Pure Mettal Brass with Component B in the proportions indicated in the official technical data sheet, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Apply a first coat with a metal trowel. Let it dry for 2 to 4 hours.
5. Apply a second coat in the same way and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
6. It is recommended to polish the surface to intensify the metallic shine and highlight the finish.
7. It is recommended to seal with two coats of Presealer, lightly sand, and apply two coats of Topsealer WT One Coat for long-lasting protection.

Performance

• Coat 1: approximately 305 g/m²
• Coat 2: approximately 260 g/m²
• Consumption may vary depending on the substrate and the type of tool.

Storage conditions

Store in its original container, tightly closed, in a dry, cool, and ventilated place. Ideal storage temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: up to 12 months from the manufacturing date. Once mixed with Component B, it is recommended to use the product within a maximum of 7 days.
