Component A Pure Mettal Bronze is a high-purity metallic powder designed to create decorative coatings with a real bronze finish. It belongs to the PURE METTAL range, a two-component system that allows the creation of metallic surfaces with natural texture and shine. Its formulation, based on fine metallic particles, allows exclusive industrial effects to be obtained on walls, floors, furniture, or architectural elements, both indoors and outdoors.

Main characteristics

• Bronze-based powder component, high concentration.
• Requires mixing with Component B (specific hybrid resin) for application.
• Provides a genuine and deep metallic effect, with high visual impact.
• Excellent adhesion on substrates such as microcement, concrete, ceramics, plasterboard or wood.
• It is recommended to combine it with sealing systems to protect the finish against wear, humidity or chemical products.

How to use

1. Verify that the substrate is firm, dry, clean, and level.
2. Apply an appropriate primer coat (Primacem ABS ) and let it dry completely.
3. Mix Component A (bronze powder) with Component B in the proportions indicated in the official technical data sheet, until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
4. Apply the first coat with a trowel and let it dry for 2 to 4 hours.
5. Apply the second coat in the same way and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
6. It is recommended to polish the surface to enhance the metallic shine and create a more realistic finish.
7. It is recommended to protect the coating with two coats of Presealer, lightly sand and finish with two coats of Topsealer WT One Coat to ensure durability and resistance to use.

• Coat 1: approximately 305 g/m²
• Coat 2: approximately 260 g/m²
• Consumption may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate and the type of tool used.

Storage conditions

Store in its original container, hermetically sealed, in a dry, cool and ventilated place. Recommended temperature: between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. Once mixed with Component B, the product must be used within a maximum of 7 days, keeping it closed and away from heat sources or humidity.
