Component B Topsealer® WT One Coat 1L

Topsealer® WT One Coat Component B 1 L is the water-based polyalkyd hardener reactive designed to complete the two-component varnish system of the Topsealer® family. It provides rigidity, chemical resistance, and durability to the sealing of floors and walls coated with microcement, stamped concrete, wood, or parquet. It improves protection against wear, stains, and yellowing, while maintaining the breathability of the coating.

Instructions for use

1. Shake component A well before adding hardener B.
2. Mix in a ratio of 5 parts (A) to 1 part (B) by weight.
3. Stir gently until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
4. Apply with a roller, brush, or spray gun, observing drying times between coats (minimum 14 h, maximum 24 h).

Performance

• Recommended application (2 coats): approx. 0.15 L/m² of mixture (A + B).

Storage Conditions

Store in original sealed container, in a dry, ventilated place protected from light. Ideal temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.
