Component A Topsaler WT Dragon Mate 3L

Two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish with a matte finish. Designed to protect microcement surfaces, it offers high resistance to wear and chemicals.

Topsealer WT Dragon Mate is a two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish specifically developed to protect microcement coatings. This product guarantees a durable protective layer, extending the life of the finish and enhancing its appearance with a natural matte finish. Ideal for interior and exterior floors and walls.

Instructions for use:

1. Preparation of the support:

• Make sure the surface is dry, clean, and free of dust or grease.
• Apply a layer of Presaeller if the substrate requires pre-sealing.

2. Product mixture:

• Mix component A (Topsealer WT Dragon Mate) with component B in a 5:1 ratio.
• Stir slowly for 2-3 minutes with a mixer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes before applying it.

3. Application:

1. Apply the first coat with a 4mm microfiber roller or a brush, distributing the product evenly.
2. Leave to dry for 8 to 12 hours depending on the temperature and humidity.
3. Apply a second layer following the same procedure.

4. Curing and sealing:

• Avoid contact with water for the first 72 hours after application.
• Complete healing is achieved in 7 days.

Performance:

• Smooth surfaces: 0.10-0.12 L/m² per layer.
• Porous surfaces: Up to 0.15 L/m² per layer.
