Component B Topsealer® WT 0.5kg

Component B Topsealer® WT 0.5 kg (0.439 L) is the water-based polyisocyanate hardener designed to complete the two-component Topsealer® WT system, offering a final protective layer over coatings such as microcement, decorative concrete, or natural stone. It provides a resistant, durable, and aesthetically appealing film, ideal for projects requiring high protection combined with a finish that preserves natural color and shine.

Main characteristics

• Water-based hardener for WT varnish.
• Provides rigidity, wear resistance, and protection against chemical agents.
• Compatible with gloss, satin, or matte finishes when combined with the various Component A.
• Does not yellow over time.
• Allows for breathable surfaces and is free of strong odors.

How to use

1. Shake Component A before adding hardener B.
2. Mix in a ratio of 5 kg of Component A to 0.5 kg of Component B (10:1 ratio), or equivalent by volume (5 L A + 0.439 L B).
3. Stir carefully until the mixture is homogeneous, avoiding air entrapment.
4. Apply in two thin coats with a microfiber or velour roller or with a spray gun, allowing 14 to 24 hours to dry between coats.
5. Maintain a temperature of 10–30 °C and good ventilation during application and drying.

Performance

• Approximate yield: 0.15 L/m² in two coats; may vary depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate.
