Component A Topsealer® WT Spray gloss 3L

Topsealer® WT Spray Gloss (Component A 3 L) is a two-component water-based polyurethane varnish, specially formulated for spray application on microcement and stamped concrete. It offers a glossy finish that enhances colors, provides extreme hardness, and advanced chemical resistance, without yellowing from sun exposure. Ideal for protecting decorative coatings in interiors and exteriors with high aesthetic and functional demands.

How to use

1. Homogenize Component A by stirring and let it rest for 30 minutes before use.
2. Mix in a ratio of 3 L of Component A to 1 L of Component B using low-speed mechanical agitation.
3. Prepare the substrate: it must be clean, dry, and free of dust or grease; in case of repainting, remove deteriorated paint by sanding or stripping.
4. Apply one coat with a spray gun, maintaining a constant distance; minimum drying time of 24 hours before exposure to use.
5. If two coats are applied, allow at least 12 hours between them.
6. Maintain an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 30 °C during application; do not apply under adverse temperature or humidity conditions.
7. Allow at least 7 days for complete curing to achieve all its mechanical and chemical properties.

Yield

• A single coat yields approximately 140 g/m² (±10 g).
• For a standard two-coat finish, estimated yield is 0.28 L/m².

Technical specifications

• Presentation: 3 L Component A (mixed with 1 L Component B).
• Total solids (A+B): 49 ± 2 %.
• Shore D hardness after 14 days of curing: approx. 75 ± 5.
• Dry film: transparent and glossy, without residual coloration.
• Pot life of the mixture: 60 min at 23 °C.
• Non-flammable container, water-based with hydroxylated polyester.

Storage conditions

Store in its original closed container, in a dry and ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ideal storage temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C. Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months under suitable conditions.
