Component A Industtrial XL is a coarse-grain, two-component epoxy microcement designed for use as a first coat in interior flooring systems. It stands out for its excellent adhesion, superior mechanical resistance, and ease of application without the need for mesh. It is especially suitable for demanding environments such as industrial, commercial, and residential areas with high traffic.


Main Features

  1. High resistance to abrasion and wear.
  2. Application without the need for reinforcing mesh.
  3. Direct adhesion to multiple substrates with the appropriate primer.
  4. Rough finish, ideal as a base coat for Industtrial systems.
  5. Two-component product that allows for controlled drying and stable curing.


How to use

  1. Substrate preparation
    The substrate must be clean, dry, firm, and free of contaminants. Apply the corresponding primer according to the type of surface (such as Primacem Plus or Primapox® 100 Barrier).
  2. Product mixing
    Mix 4 parts by weight of Component A Industtrial XL with 1 part of Component B. Homogenize with a mechanical stirrer for 2 minutes at low speed until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  3. Application
    Apply with a metal trowel in 1 or 2 coats, respecting the drying times between them (8–12 hours). Sand between coats with 40-80 grit. Do not apply at temperatures below 10 ºC or above 30 ºC.
  4. Finishing
    After applying XL, it is recommended to continue the system with layers of Industtrial BASE, MEDIO, FINO, or EXTRA FINO, depending on the desired finish. Finish with the recommended Topsealer sealant to increase durability and chemical resistance.
