Component A Industrial XL 18 Kg

Component A Industtrial XL is a two-component epoxy microcement with a coarse aggregate size, developed for application in high-traffic indoor areas such as industrial warehouses, garages, offices, or commercial zones. It is part of the Industtrial system, a decorative solution known for its high hardness, chemical, and mechanical resistance, ideal for pavements requiring maximum robustness.

This microcement offers a continuous, seamless finish with a modern mineral aesthetic. It is mixed with component B (water-based epoxy resin) to obtain a high-performance mortar that is easy to apply on stable substrates such as cement or self-leveling compounds.

Instructions for use

1. Substrate preparation
   • It must be clean, dry, stable, free of dust, grease, or loose particles.
   • Apply an appropriate primer such as Primapox® 100 Barrier or Primacem PLUS depending on the substrate.
2. Product mixing
   • Add component B (epoxy resin) to component A Industtrial XL in a 4:1 ratio and mix for at least 2 minutes with an electric mixer at low revolutions until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
3. Application
   • Apply 1 or 2 coats of Industtrial XL as a base microcement on the primed substrate.
   • Subsequently, apply two coats of the finishing microcement: Industtrial Medium, Industtrial Fine, or Industtrial Extra Fine, depending on the desired finish.
   • Sand between coats to ensure better adhesion.
4. Sealing
   • Once dry, protect with two coats of Topsealer WT 100 or Topsealer DSV varnish, depending on the required level of protection.
