Industrial Component A MEDIUM 18 Kg

Component A Industtrial MEDIUM is part of the two-component epoxy system Industtrial, developed by Topciment® for high-performance indoor applications. It is an epoxy microcement with medium-fine aggregate, ideal as a finish coat when high mechanical resistance and a smoother finish than that of BASE are required.

This product is suitable for floors and walls in demanding environments such as offices, homes, commercial premises, or medium-high traffic areas. It offers a balance between resistance, ease of application, and modern aesthetics.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation
   • Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, or loose particles.
   • Apply the appropriate primer according to the substrate (e.g., Primacem Plus or Primapox® 100 Barrier).
2. Product mixing
   • Mix 4 parts of Component A Industtrial MEDIUM with 1 part of Component B (epoxy resin).
   • Stir at low speed with a mechanical mixer for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Application
   • Apply in 1 or 2 coats with a metal trowel over a base previously prepared with Industtrial BASE or XL.
   • Allow to dry between coats for 8–12 hours. Sand with 80–120 grit before applying the final coat or sealer.
   • For a finer decorative finish, Industtrial Fine or Extra Fine can then be applied.
4. Protection and sealing
   • Apply 2 coats of the appropriate sealer:
     • Topsealer WT 100 for maximum water and chemical resistance.
     • Topsealer DSV for solvent-based finishes.
     
     

Performance

• Approximately 1.40 kg/m² in 2 coats.

Storage conditions

• Store in a dry and ventilated place, between 10 ºC and 30 ºC.
• Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
• Shelf life: 12 months in original unopened container.
