Component A Industrial MEDIUM 4.5 Kg

Industtrial MEDIO is the medium-grain epoxy microcement in the Industtrial system, ideal as a finish coat for continuous interior surfaces with high traffic. Thanks to its chemical and mechanical resistance, it is specially designed for industrial, sanitary, and commercial environments, offering a finish with a medium texture and great durability. This product, formulated as a two-component system, provides a continuous, jointless coating with high adhesion, compatible with multiple surfaces such as concrete, mortars, ceramics, and epoxy substrates.

Instructions for Use

1. Substrate Preparation
   Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of dust or grease. Prime beforehand with Primacem Plus or Primapox® 100 Barrier, depending on the type of substrate.
2. Product Mixing
   Mix 4 parts by weight of Industtrial MEDIO Component A with 1 part of the corresponding Component B. Stir for 2 minutes with a mechanical mixer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Application
   Apply in 1 or 2 coats over Industtrial BASE or directly onto a primed substrate. Use a metal trowel. Sand between coats with 80-grit if necessary. The waiting time between coats is 8 to 12 hours, depending on temperature and ventilation.
4. Sealing
   To ensure impermeability and chemical resistance, finish with Topsealer WT All in One or Topsealer WT Dragon, applied according to the technical data sheet of the chosen varnish.

• Approximately 0.70 kg/m² per coat.

Storage Conditions

• Store the product in its original closed container, in a dry and cool place (10–30 ºC).
