Primacem® ABS 5L

Primacem® ABS is a one-component, water-based acrylic primer designed to improve adhesion on highly absorbent substrates, such as plaster or gypsum board. Its sealing capacity regulates the absorption of porous surfaces, ensuring a uniform and controlled application of subsequent coatings.

It is compatible with Topciment's decorative microcement systems, including the Sttandard, Evoluttion and Efectto Quartz ranges.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation:
   • Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of dust, grease, or residue from other products.
2. Application:
   • Shake the container before use.
   • Apply a uniform coat with a brush, roller, or sprayer at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C.
3. Drying:
   • Allow to dry for 30 to 60 minutes, depending on temperature and ambient humidity, before applying the microcement.
   
   

Performance

The estimated performance of Primacem® ABS is 0.10 L/m² per coat, depending on the type and porosity of the substrate.

Storage conditions

• Store in its original tightly closed container, in a dry place and protected from the weather.
• Recommended temperature between 10ºC and 30ºC.
• Shelf life: 1 year from the manufacturing date, under appropriate conditions.
