The Industtrial Smooth Component A 4.5 kg is the base epoxy resin of the Industtrial system, a highly resistant decorative epoxy coating designed for application on interior walls. Its smooth finish and high adhesion make it ideal for professional decorative epoxy microcement systems with customizable shades through pigmentation.

Time between coats
- The official mixing ratio is 100 parts of component A to 11.6 parts of component B.
- This translates to an approximate proportion of 8.6% by weight of component B over the total mixture, complying with the technical indications of the product data sheet.
- Homogenize component A by mechanical stirring at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- If pigmentation is required, incorporate it before or after adding component B, depending on the chosen system.
- Add component B respecting the indicated proportion (100 A : 11.6 B) and mix at low revolutions.
- Apply on a clean, level, dust-free and grease-free substrate in a thin layer with a polyester or polycarbonate trowel.
- The mixture has an approximate pot life of 60 min at 20 °C.
- Allow to dry between each coat for 8–12 h, depending on environmental conditions.
- Final curing is reached between 7 and 14 days.

- Applying the complete system (bases + final coat), consumption is estimated at 0.55 kg/m² per coat.
- A minimum standard proportion for the system would be to use 4 kg of A + 0.46 kg of B to cover approximately 7–8 m² with a single coat.

What is Industtrial and what is it used for?
Industtrial is a two-component, water-based epoxy microcement for interiors, designed for heavily worn floors such as shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, garages, industrial units or offices. It offers high hardness, good abrasion resistance and lower water absorption than conventional microcements.
Do I need to buy both Component A and Component B?
Yes. Component A is the microcement (XL, BASE, MEDIO or LISO) and Industtrial Component B is the epoxy hardener that activates it. Choose the Component B that matches the size of your Component A and mix them with a mixer at low speed until you get a homogeneous mass.
Which grain size should I choose: XL, BASE, MEDIO or LISO?
XL and BASE are preparation coats: first apply two coats of either one. On top go two finishing coats: MEDIO, for a slightly smoother finish than BASE, or LISO, fine-grained with a very soft texture.
Can it be applied outdoors or over underfloor heating?
No. Industtrial is for indoor use only and, according to the technical data sheet, cannot be installed over underfloor heating.
What primer does the substrate need?
It depends on the substrate: Primacem PLUS on non-absorbent surfaces, Primacem ABS on absorbent ones and Primapox Barrier if there is capillary or vapour moisture. Topciment recommends Primacem PLUS for this system; apply the microcement while the primer is still tacky.
Does it need to be sealed afterwards?
Yes, it must always be sealed, 24-48 hours after the last coat. Topsealer WT Dragon is recommended for floors; on walls that will not be exposed to moisture, Topsealer WT All in One is enough.
What is the coverage of Component A Industtrial LISO?
