Component A Industrial BASE 4.5 Kg

Industtrial BASE is a two-component epoxy microcement, indicated as an intermediate layer in high-performance continuous coating systems for interiors. Its formulation is designed to provide body and resistance to the Industtrial system before applying finishing layers such as Industtrial MEDIO, FINO, or EXTRA FINO. It is characterized by its excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and application capacity without the need for mesh, ideal for industrial floors, garages, warehouses, healthcare areas, or commercial areas with heavy traffic.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation
   Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or moisture. Apply an appropriate primer such as Primacem Plus or Primapox® 100 Barrier, depending on the type of surface.
2. Product mixing
   Mix 4 parts by weight of Component A with 1 part of Component B of the Industtrial system. Stir with a mechanical stirrer at low speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (approximately 2 minutes).
3. Application
   Apply with a metal trowel in 1 or 2 layers over Industtrial XL or directly over a primed substrate. Lightly sand with 40–80 grit between layers. Respect the drying time between layers (8–12 h).
4. Finishing
   After applying BASE, continue with a layer of Industtrial MEDIO, FINO, or EXTRA FINO, depending on the desired finish, and seal with the corresponding varnish.

• Approximately 0.90 kg/m² per coat.
