Oxicem® Black 5L

Oxicem® Negro 5 L is a chemical oxidizing reactant for stamped concrete, microcement, and decorative cementitious surfaces, belonging to the Oxicem® Concrete line. Its black semi-transparent finish generates mineral nanocrystals that provide a vintage effect and deepen the natural texture of the substrate. This tinting is light-stable and allows for the elegant and characterful renovation of high-traffic or worn areas, ideal for floors, facades, and decorative walls both indoors and outdoors.

How to use

1. Prepare the surface: clean, dry, and stripped if it has varnish or paint.
2. Protect adjacent sensitive elements such as wood, metal, or glass.
3. Apply a uniform layer of Oxicem® Negro with a brush, roller, or spray.
4. Wait 8 to 12 hours before applying a second coat if a more intense shade is desired.
5. After each coat, neutralize and clean with water and baking soda or ammonia.
6. Apply a water repellent sealer or varnish from the Topsealer® or Sealcem® family to fix the finish.

Performance

Yields approximately 10 m² per liter, depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate
