Topsealer® All in One matte 5L

Topsealer® All in One is a single-component, water-based varnish with a matte finish, specifically designed as a sealer and protective layer for microcement-coated surfaces. Thanks to its advanced formulation, this product offers excellent chemical and mechanical resistance without the need for mixing components. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and provides a natural, highly durable finish.

Main Features

Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation:
   • Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean, and free of dust or grease.
   • For very porous surfaces, it is recommended to apply a suitable primer first.
2. Product application:
   • Shake the product before use.
   • Apply with a roller, brush, or spray gun in thin, even coats.
   • It is necessary to apply 2-3 coats, allowing a minimum of 4 hours drying time between coats (depending on temperature and humidity).
   • Avoid applying at temperatures below 10 °C or above 30 °C, and with relative humidity above 80%.
3. Curing:
   • Full curing is achieved after 7 days.
   • Avoid contact with water or chemicals during this period.
   
   

Performance

• 0.12 L/m² per coat, although this may vary depending on the porosity of the substrate.
