Topsealer® All in One Matte 2L

Topsealer® All in One matte is a single-component water-based polyurethane varnish, designed as a sealing and protective layer for decorative microcement coatings, especially those applied with systems such as Efectto Quartz, Sttandard, or Evoluttion. It provides a natural matte finish, high mechanical and chemical resistance, and is suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Main Features

3. Good mechanical resistance: Withstands abrasion, pedestrian traffic, and scratches.
4. Single-component: Does not require mixing with other components, simplifying application.
5. Suitable for high-decoration microcements: Ideal for protecting finishes with Evoluttion Microdeck or Sttandard Microfino.

How to Use

1. Surface preparation:
   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.
   • If the surface is porous, apply a primer such as Primacem ABS beforehand.
2. Application:
   • Shake the container well before use.
   • Apply 2 to 3 coats with a brush, microfiber roller, or spray gun.
   • Allow a minimum of 4 hours to dry between coats, depending on environmental conditions.
   • Avoid applying at temperatures below 10 °C or above 30 °C.
3. Full curing:
   • Achieved in 7 days.
   • Do not expose to water or aggressive products during this period.

• 0.12 L/m² per coat, variable depending on the substrate's absorption.
