XTREMFLOOR Level Decor 25Kg

XTREMFLOOR® Level Decor 25 Kg is a high-performance pigmentable decorative self-leveling mortar, designed to create continuous cementitious coatings indoors with a high aesthetic impact finish. Thanks to its polymer-modified formula, it allows the creation of level surfaces up to 20 mm with excellent flatness, ideal for renovating floors without major construction work.

Its application is perfect for homes, offices, commercial premises, or environments where a uniform, modern, and customizable aesthetic is desired. The XTREMFLOOR® range is specially formulated to allow pigmentation with Arcocem® Plus, offering a wide palette of finishes with an industrial, minimalist, or natural style.

How to use

1. Check that the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
2. Ensure a minimum compressive strength of ≥ 12 MPa and adhesion of ≥ 1.2 N/mm².
3. Apply a primer with Primapox® 100 Barrier + mesh + 0.4 mm aggregate.
4. Pigment the mixing water with Arcocem® Plus (up to 5 L per bag).
5. Pour the powder over the pigmented water and mix at 500 rpm for 2-3 minutes.
6. Pour the mortar and spread it to a thickness of 5 to 20 mm.
7. Use a spiked roller to remove air.
8. After 48 hours, it can be sealed with a varnish like Topsealer® if additional protection is desired.

Performance

Approximately 1.670 Kg/m² per millimeter of thickness. Depends on the substrate and application conditions.

Storage conditions

Store in its original, tightly closed container, in a dry place protected from humidity. Shelf life of up to 9 months from its manufacturing date.
