Topsealer® All in One Satin 2L

Topsealer® All in One satin is a single-component, water-based varnish specially designed to protect microcement surfaces, especially those with low traffic such as furniture, countertops, sinks or decorative elements. Thanks to its formulation, this sealer forms a resistant film with a satin finish, which provides a subtle shine and enhances the color of the substrate without altering its texture.

It is the most practical and easy-to-apply sealer in the Topsealer® range, as it does not require prior mixing with a component B. Its use is recommended for interior decorative projects that use systems such as Efectto Quartz or Sttandard Microfino.

How to use

1. Surface preparation
   • Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free of dust, grease or moisture.
   • The microcement base must be completely cured before sealing.
2. Product application
   • Shake the container before use to homogenize the content.
   • Apply with a microfiber roller, brush or spray gun in thin and uniform layers.
   • It is recommended to apply between 2 and 3 coats, respecting a drying time between coats of 2 to 4 hours (depending on temperature and humidity).
3. Drying and curing
   • Avoid contact with water during the first 24 hours.
   • Complete curing is achieved after 7 days, after which the final mechanical and chemical properties are obtained.

• 0.10 – 0.12 L/m² per coat, depending on the type of substrate and absorption.
