Sealcem® WT AC70 is a high-performance water-based varnish for the protection of decorative pavements such as stamped concrete or microcement, both indoors and outdoors. Its formula creates a transparent film that enhances the natural color of the substrate and boosts the original texture without yellowing. Ideal for areas with medium traffic and extreme weather exposure.

- Wait at least 72 hours after the execution of the stamped concrete or microcement pavement.
- Wash and rinse the surface thoroughly, ensuring it is completely dry and free of moisture.
- Apply Sealcem® WT AC70 by spraying, maintaining a distance of 30–40 cm, to achieve even coverage.
- Avoid the formation of puddles or thick layers during application.
- Work at substrate and ambient temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, without excessive wind.
- Not suitable for very light or white shades, as it may show slight yellowing over time.
- Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Storage conditions
Sealcem® WT AC70 should be stored in its original, tightly closed container, in a dry, ventilated place, protected from frost and direct sunlight, at temperatures between 10 °C and 30 °C. It has a shelf life of 12 months, is non-flammable, and it is recommended to handle it with a mask, gloves, and glasses; in case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents.

What products does the Sealcem range include?
Varnishes to protect and enhance printed concrete, microcement and cementitious surfaces (DSV S70, WT Metacret, WT AC70 and WT S70), a curing compound for mortars (WT Cure) and a consolidating hardener (WT AC80).
What is the difference between Sealcem WT and DSV S70?
Sealcem WT products are water-based and ready to use, and tools are cleaned with water. Sealcem® DSV S70 is a solvent-based varnish, designed for outdoor use and classified as dangerous goods (ADR).
Can they be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. WT Metacret, WT AC70 and WT S70 are suitable for indoors and outdoors, and WT Metacret is ideal for garages, driveways, patios and pavements. DSV S70 is designed for outdoors and withstands weather and hot-cold cycles.
When can I varnish a newly laid floor?
Wait at least 72 hours after the floor has been laid and make sure it is clean and dry. Sealcem® WT Cure, on the other hand, is applied over the still-fresh mortar, with no excess moisture on the surface.
Do they change the look of the floor?
The varnishes are transparent, enhance the colour and preserve the original texture. WT AC70 is not suitable for very light or white tones, as it may yellow slightly over time. WT Cure does not alter the colour and WT AC80 does not form a film.
How are Sealcem varnishes applied?
In thin, even coats, from 30–40 cm away from the substrate if using a spray gun, without forming puddles. You can apply the second coat after 2–4 hours and full curing is reached in 24–48 hours.
What is the coverage of Sealcem WT?
