Sealcem WT AC70 25L

Sealcem® WT AC70 is a high-performance water-based varnish for the protection of decorative pavements such as stamped concrete or microcement, both indoors and outdoors. Its formula creates a transparent film that enhances the natural color of the substrate and boosts the original texture without yellowing. Ideal for areas with medium traffic and extreme weather exposure.

How to use

1. Wait at least 72 hours after the execution of the stamped concrete or microcement pavement.
2. Wash and rinse the surface thoroughly, ensuring it is completely dry and free of moisture.
3. Apply Sealcem® WT AC70 by spraying, maintaining a distance of 30–40 cm, to achieve even coverage.
4. Avoid the formation of puddles or thick layers during application.
5. Work at substrate and ambient temperatures between 5 °C and 30 °C, without excessive wind.
6. Not suitable for very light or white shades, as it may show slight yellowing over time.
7. Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Storage conditions

Sealcem® WT AC70 should be stored in its original, tightly closed container, in a dry, ventilated place, protected from frost and direct sunlight, at temperatures between 10 °C and 30 °C. It has a shelf life of 12 months, is non-flammable, and it is recommended to handle it with a mask, gloves, and glasses; in case of skin contact, wash with soap and water, avoiding the use of solvents.
