Presealer 5L

Presealer 5 L is an aqueous dispersion acrylic preparatory sealer, designed to improve the adhesion and durability of final sealers in continuous coating systems such as microcement, concrete, or natural stone. Its application facilitates uniform anchoring, improves impermeability, and prepares the surface to receive finishes with varnishes from the Topsealer® range, ensuring optimal protection in indoor and outdoor projects.

How to use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
2. Mix the product well before use.
3. Apply a uniform coat with a brush, roller, or adjusted spray gun.
4. Wait between 1 to 4 hours for complete drying, depending on temperature and humidity.
5. Proceed with the final sealing after these 4 hours, using Topsealer® or another suitable varnish.

Yield

• Approximately 0.10 L/m² per coat, varying according to substrate porosity.
