Oxicem® Bronze 25 L is an oxidizing chemical reagent for stamped concrete, microcement, and decorative cementitious surfaces, part of the Oxicem® Concrete range. Its bronze color chemically bonds to the substrate, creating a translucent finish with mineral nanocrystals that enrich natural textures on floors and walls, both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for renovating spaces with a vintage and vermiculite style that enhances the aesthetics of decorative design.
- Prepare the surface, ensuring it is clean and dry; remove previous varnishes or paints by sanding or stripping.
- Protect adjacent unwanted areas (metal, glass, wood).
- Apply Oxicem® Bronze in one coat using a brush, roller, or spray on the fresh or dry substrate.
- (Optional) Wait 8–12 h and apply a second coat to intensify the effect.
- Clean with pure water and neutralize residues with baking soda or ammonia.
- Seal with a water repellent or varnish (Oxicem requires protection with Topsealer® or Sealcem® systems).

What is Oxicem® and what effect does it achieve?
It is a water-based chemical colouring reagent that reacts with the cementitious substrate and forms coloured mineral nanocrystals. The result is a semi-transparent, irregular glaze with an aged or vintage look that respects the original texture.
What surfaces can I apply Oxicem® on?
On cementitious and mineral substrates such as microcement, printed concrete, polished concrete, precast concrete and mortars, on both floors and walls.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. The mineral crystals it generates are light-stable, so it works for indoors and outdoors, from hotel or shopping centre floors to park paving and pedestrian areas.
How do I need to prepare the substrate?
It must be dry, clean and free of dust, grease, or previous varnishes, waxes or paints; if present, remove them by sanding or stripping. Protect areas that will not be treated beforehand, especially metal, glass, wood or lacquered surfaces.
How is Oxicem® applied?
Apply it by brush, roller or spray without leaving excess. One coat is normally enough, although you can apply two for more intensity, leaving 8-12 h between them. Then clean with water and neutralise with baking soda or ammonia until no residue remains.
Does the finish need to be sealed?
Yes, it is recommended. A water repellent protects against water and dirt if you want a natural open-pore finish, and for permanent protection you can use varnishes from the Topsealer® range, Sealcem® WT or Sealcem® DSV.
