Naturcem® High 25L Yellow

Naturcem® High 25 L Yellow is a water-based concrete surface retarder, ready to use and completely biodegradable. Its chemical action allows delaying the setting of the cement on the surface, facilitating the decorative exposure of aggregates in pavements. It is ideal for obtaining non-slip and natural finishes on exposed concrete, both in urban works and decorative projects. It integrates perfectly with technical pavements made with Stonecem® Floor and can be part of decorative systems combined with microcement such as Evoluttion or Sttandard.

How to use

1. Smooth and level the fresh concrete to ensure a uniform surface.
2. Shake the container well before applying.
3. Spray the product with a 0.79 mm nozzle, maintaining a pressure of 2 to 4 bars.
4. Apply at a distance of 20–40 cm from the substrate, once the bleeding water has disappeared (approx. 30 minutes after pouring).
5. Allow to act for 3 to 24 hours under normal conditions. Adjust the time depending on temperature and wind exposure.
6. Wash with pressure water (100–150 bars), keeping the nozzle at a 45° angle, until the superficial cement layer is completely removed and the aggregate is exposed.

Performance

Between 5 and 6 m²/L, depending on the porosity of the substrate, the type of cement, and environmental conditions.

Storage conditions

Store the product in its original, well-sealed container, in a dry and ventilated place, between 10 °C and 30 °C. Protect from frost, excessive humidity, and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months from the manufacturing date.
