Efectto Quartz Medium Grain 17kg

Efectto Quartz Medium Grain is a ready-to-use, single-component microcement paste, formulated for application as a finishing layer on floors and walls. Its medium grain size (0.25 mm) allows for a perfect balance between texture and smoothness to the touch, making it ideal for continuous decorative finishes indoors and outdoors.

Thanks to its excellent workability, it easily adapts to different substrates, providing mechanical resistance and durability. It is part of the Efectto Quartz decorative system, a continuous, jointless coating with a modern and natural aesthetic.

Main characteristics

Instructions for use

1. Substrate preparation
   • The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease, or loose particles.
   • Apply the appropriate primer depending on the type of surface (absorbent or non-absorbent).
2. Product application
   • Stir the contents of the container until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
   • Apply 2 coats of Efectto Quartz Medium Grain with a flexible metal trowel, allowing a drying time of at least 4 hours between coats.
   • Sand with 100–120 grit paper between coats to improve adhesion and smoothness of the finish.
3. Final protection
   • Once dry, it must be protected with polyurethane varnish (such as Topsealer WT One Coat), in 2 coats, to ensure impermeability and resistance.

Storage conditions
