Efectto PU Big Grain is a ready-to-use paste microcement with coarse grit (0.4 mm), designed to provide a robust finish with great visual personality and excellent adhesion. This high-quality decorative coating is ideal for projects where texture and character are sought, both on interior and exterior surfaces.

It belongs to the Efectto Quartz system, which stands out for its ease of application, excellent workability, and great durability. Its Portland cement-free formulation ensures greater dimensional stability and minimizes the risk of cracking.

Main Features

Instructions for use

1. Surface preparation
   • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and consolidated.
   • Apply an appropriate primer such as Primacem ABS, depending on the type of substrate.
2. Application of Efectto PU Big Grain
   • Stir the product well until homogeneous.
   • Apply 1 or 2 coats with a steel or rubber trowel.
   • Sand between coats with 24–40 grit depending on the desired effect.
   • Minimum drying time between coats: 4 hours.
3. Final sealing
   • Protect the surface with two coats of varnish such as Topsealer WT All in One, which provides water and wear resistance.
