Efectto PU B Component is the two-component aliphatic polyurethane hardener that combines with the ready-to-use microcements from the Efectto Quartz range. Designed to significantly improve the mechanical and chemical performance of the system, this B component is mixed with component A to obtain a more resistant, stable, and durable coating.

It is essential for achieving optimal adhesion, reducing water absorption, and increasing wear resistance, offering a professional finish on all types of decorative surfaces.

How to Use

1. Mixing
   • Stir the microcement component A (PU) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
   • Add the Efectto PU B Component in a 10:1 ratio (A:B) and mix for 2 minutes with a low-speed mixer.
2. Application
   • Apply the product in two coats on a prepared and primed substrate.
   • Sand between coats if necessary.
   • Finish the system by sealing with varnishes such as Topsealer WT All in One.
   
   

Yield

It will depend on the consumption of component A and the mixing ratio. For a 10 kg container of Efectto PU, 0.875 kg of this B component is used.
