Component B Topsealer® PRO+ FAST 0.64Kg

The Component B Topsealer® PRO+ FAST is an aliphatic hardener formulated to combine with component A of the two-component 100% solids Topsealer® PRO+ FAST system. This high-quality polyisocyanate enhances the varnish's resistance to water, abrasion, UV rays, and chemical agents, while providing a glossy finish that enhances the color of microcement and decorative concrete. Designed for professionals who demand fast curing and maximum durability in continuous coatings. It can be complemented with additional finishes from the Topsealer® range, such as matte or satin options.

Instructions for Use

1. Gently shake component A to homogenize its content without opening the container, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
2. Mix 100 parts of component A with 80 parts of component B. In the standard format, this is equivalent to 0.8 kg of A and 0.64 kg of B.
3. Stir at low speed until a completely homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Apply immediately after mixing, as the pot life of the mixture is approximately 15 minutes.
5. Use a methacrylate trowel, anti-burn biflex trowel, or "pore 0" roller to apply a single layer.
6. Allow to dry for 2 to 3 hours between coats at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity. Full curing is reached in 7 days.

Performance

The combined consumption of the system (A + B) in a single layer is approximately 60 to 100 g/m², depending on the absorption and texture of the substrate.

Storage Conditions

Store in its original, tightly closed container, in a dry and ventilated place, at temperatures between 10 °C and 30 °C. Protect from extreme heat and frost. Use before the indicated expiration date.
