The Component B Topsealer® PRO+ FAST is an aliphatic hardener formulated to combine with component A of the two-component 100% solids Topsealer® PRO+ FAST system. This high-quality polyisocyanate enhances the varnish's resistance to water, abrasion, UV rays, and chemical agents, while providing a glossy finish that enhances the color of microcement and decorative concrete. Designed for professionals who demand fast curing and maximum durability in continuous coatings. It can be complemented with additional finishes from the Topsealer® range, such as matte or satin options.
- Gently shake component A to homogenize its content without opening the container, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix 100 parts of component A with 80 parts of component B. In the standard format, this is equivalent to 0.8 kg of A and 0.64 kg of B.
- Stir at low speed until a completely homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Apply immediately after mixing, as the pot life of the mixture is approximately 15 minutes.
- Use a methacrylate trowel, anti-burn biflex trowel, or "pore 0" roller to apply a single layer.
- Allow to dry for 2 to 3 hours between coats at 23 °C and 50% relative humidity. Full curing is reached in 7 days.
Performance
The combined consumption of the system (A + B) in a single layer is approximately 60 to 100 g/m², depending on the absorption and texture of the substrate.

Frequently asked questions about Topsealer
What are Topsealer varnishes used for?
They are sealers that protect microcement, decorative concrete and other continuous coatings against wear, scratching, water and chemicals, enhancing their colour. Depending on the system, they are also suitable for wood, parquet or stone.
Which Topsealer system suits me?
All in One is one-component and the easiest to apply, designed for furniture, countertops or washbasins. The WT range (One Coat, Dragon, Natural Effect, Spray) are water-based two-component products; DSV and PRO+ SLOW are solvent-based. PRO+ FAST cures quickly in a single coat, and WT Pool is designed for submerged surfaces.
How are component A and component B mixed?
Each component A is mixed with the component B of its own system and in the indicated ratio, which varies by system (for example, 5:1 for WT One Coat or 2:1 for DSV). Stir at low speed until the mix is homogeneous and apply it within its pot life. All in One needs no mixing.
Can I use it outdoors or in swimming pools?
Yes: WT One Coat, WT Dragon, DSV, WT Spray and All in One matt are suitable for indoors and outdoors. All in One satin is recommended for dry interiors or decorative items. For swimming pools, fountains or ponds, use Topsealer WT Pool, designed for continuous immersion in water.
What finishes can I achieve?
There are matt, satin, gloss and super-matt versions, as well as the Natural Effect finish, with a subtle satin sheen. They are transparent, enhance the colour of the coating and do not yellow over time.
When can I use the surface after sealing it?
In most systems full curing is reached after 7 days; in the meantime, avoid water and harsh products. With WT Pool, do not fill the pool until 7 days after the last coat.
