Component A Topsealer® PRO+ FAST 0.8kg

Component A Topsealer® PRO+ FAST is a high-performance polyaspartic resin that, together with component B, forms a fast-curing 100% solids two-component varnish. Specially formulated for the protection of microcement and decorative concrete, it offers a high-gloss finish with high hardness, impermeability, and resistance to scratches, abrasion, chemical agents, and UV radiation. Its application does not require a primer and is done in a single coat. The system can be completed with satin or matte finishes using products from the Topsealer® range.

Instructions for use

1. Ensure that the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
2. Gently shake component A for 1 minute and let it rest for 15 minutes with the container closed.
3. Mix 100 parts of component A with 80 parts of component B (pre-measured ratio in 0.8 kg + 0.64 kg formats).
4. Stir the mixture with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous product is obtained.
5. Apply immediately after mixing, using a methacrylate trowel, anti-burn biflex trowel, or 0-pore roller.
6. Allow to dry for 2 to 3 hours between coats. Full curing is achieved in 7 days at 23 °C and 50% RH.

Performance

Approximately 60 to 100 g/m² per coat, depending on the porosity of the substrate.

Storage conditions
