Two-component solvent-free epoxy primer for low-porosity substrates.

Primapox® 100 FLUID is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity consolidating primer designed to ensure optimum adhesion on surfaces with little to no absorption. This Component A, when combined with the hardener (Component B), forms an ideal primer for decorative systems with epoxy, acrylic, or polyurethane resin-based finishes.

This product is especially useful in applications on substrates such as polished concrete, ceramic, or natural stone, significantly improving the adhesion and durability of the final system.

Instructions for use

1. Prepare the surface ensuring it is clean, dry, and free of grease, oils, or other contaminants.
2. Mix Component A (epoxy resin) with Component B (hardener) in the proportion indicated on its technical data sheet.
3. Stir for several minutes with a mechanical stirrer at low revolutions until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Apply an even coat with a roller or brush over the substrate.
5. Once dry, products such as Efectto Quartz, Sttandard Microbase, or Evoluttion Microfino can be applied, depending on the chosen decorative system.

Yield

The yield will depend on the type and porosity of the substrate, although excellent coverage is estimated thanks to its low viscosity.

Storage conditions

Store in its original closed container, in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight. The optimal storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30 °C.
