Acricem Pool is a water-based acrylic resin that acts as component B in the Atlanttic Aquaciment® two-component microcement system, designed for coatings in permanent contact with water, such as swimming pools, fountains, and ponds. This product improves the microcement's adhesion, impermeability, and mechanical resistance, while increasing its flexibility. It can also be applied as a primer for absorbent substrates.

Time between coats
As component B of the Atlanttic Aquaciment® system:
- Pour the corresponding amount of Acricem Pool into a clean container.
- Add the necessary pigment and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Gradually incorporate component A (powder microcement) while mixing with a low-speed mixer.
- Beat until a uniform, lump-free mass is achieved.
- Let stand for a few minutes before applying with a metal or rubber trowel.
As a primer on absorbent substrates:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, dust, or loose particles.
- Apply a homogeneous coat of Acricem Pool with a roller, brush, or spray equipment.
- Allow to dry completely before applying the microcement.

Yes. Acricem works as a primer to stabilise mineral and cementitious substrates, and Acricem Pool for absorbent substrates. Apply a thin, even coat with a roller, brush or sprayer on a clean, dry substrate, and let it dry before applying the microcement.
Does it contain solvents?
No. Acricem is water-based and free of solvents, plasticisers and ammonia.
