XTREMFLOOR Level Concrete 25Kg

XTREMFLOOR® Level Concrete is a self-leveling thin-layer mortar (1–10 mm) developed to level and prepare interior floors before applying microcement or systems such as Sttandard, Evoluttion or Efectto Quartz. It provides a compact, highly adherent and impact-resistant base, reducing the risk of cracks. Compatible even with underfloor heating, it optimizes the final finish of the decorative coating.

Instructions for use

1. Prepare the substrate: it must be dry, consolidated and free of dust or grease. Requires a minimum compressive strength of 12 MPa and 1.2 N/mm² in tension; if necessary, it is mechanically reintegrated by milling or diamond grinding followed by aspiration. Then prime with Primapox® 100 Barrier and let dry for 24 h.
2. Mixing: add 4.5 L of clean water to the 25 kg bag, stirring with an electric mixer or pumping equipment until a homogeneous, lump-free liquid mixture is achieved. Perform fluidity tests before and during pumping.
3. Application: pour the mixture and level with a trowel; use a spiked roller to remove bubbles. For high thicknesses, vibrate to promote self-leveling and avoid marks.
4. Curing: allow pedestrian traffic between 3 and 9 hours; then apply the desired final coating (microcement, ceramic, PVC, parquet, etc.) respecting drying times.

Performance

• Approximately 1.8 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
• Nominal consumption: about (1 to 10 mm → 1 to 18 kg/m²) depending on density, substrate texture and applied thickness.

Storage conditions

Store in a closed bag, in a dry, ventilated place, away from humidity, heat or direct sunlight. Shelf life of up to 9 months with proper storage.
