Standard Microstone L 20kg

Sttandard Microstone® L is a two-component microcement for professional use designed for exteriors. Its coarse aggregate and mechanical resistance make it the ideal option for coating floors on terraces, patios, facades and other areas exposed to environmental wear. It is applied as a finish after preparation with Microbase, and requires mixing with Acricem resin to offer a continuous, non-slip and highly durable decorative coating.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation:
   • Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and consolidated.
   • Apply two coats of Microbase as a leveling base.
2. Mixing:
   • Mix 10 Kg of Microstone with 2.5 L of Acricem resin.
   • Dissolve the pigment in the resin before incorporating the powder.
   • Mix with a mechanical mixer at low revolutions for at least 4 minutes until a homogeneous paste is achieved.
3. Application:
   • Apply two coats with a metal trowel.
   • Allow to dry between coats and sand lightly if a finer finish is desired.
   • To protect, apply TOPSEALER varnish depending on the desired finish (matte, satin, gloss).
   
   

Performance

• Approx. 2.00 kg/m² in two coats on a previously leveled surface with Microbase.

Storage conditions

Store the product in its original, well-sealed container, in a dry place protected from humidity, between 5 °C and 30 °C. Approximate shelf life: 1 year from the date of manufacture if unopened.
