Sttandard Microbase XL 22Kg

Sttandard Microbase® XL is a two-component preparation microcement, formulated by Topciment® as a structural base for decorative microcement systems. Its XL granulometry makes it especially suitable for substrates that require prior leveling, providing perfect anchorage for finishing layers such as Sttandard Microdeck or Microfino. It is mixed with ACRICEM® resin as component B.

Ideal for indoor and outdoor application on horizontal and vertical surfaces, it guarantees a firm, durable and perfectly adhered base.

Main characteristics

2. Medium XL granulometry, which improves the grip of the finishing layers.
3. Applicable on multiple substrates: concrete, mortar, ceramic, plaster, etc.

How to use

1. Substrate preparation:
   • Clean the surface of dust, grease or poorly adhered residues.
   • Ensure it is completely dry and level.
2. Mixing:
   • Mix 10 kg of Sttandard Microbase XL with approx. 2.5 L of ACRICEM resin.
   • First add the pigment to the resin and then the powder component.
   • Mix with an electric mixer for at least 4 minutes until a uniform paste is obtained.
3. Application:
   • Apply two coats with a metal trowel over the appropriate primer.
   • Allow to dry between coats and sand if desired to smooth the surface.
   • Continue with the decorative system by applying Sttandard Microdeck or Microfino and protect with Topsealer.

• Approximately 2.00 kg/m² in two coats.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry, ventilated place protected from humidity, between 5 °C and 30 °C. The product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture, in its original sealed container.
