Sealcem® DSV S70 18L

Sealcem® DSV S70 Sealer is a methacrylic-based solvent varnish, formulated to protect and enhance microcement, stamped concrete, and cementitious surfaces. Designed for outdoor use, it provides a durable film that improves curing, intensifies color, and preserves the original texture.

Main features

• Transparent solvent-based varnish that ensures high adhesion on porous and cementitious substrates
• Powerful color effect and aesthetic enhancement without yellowing, suitable for exteriors
• High resistance to abrasion, weathering, freeze-thaw cycles, water, humidity, alkalinity, and efflorescence

• Formula based on styrene-acrylic copolymers dissolved in organic solvents such as aromatics, esters, and ketones.

Instructions for use

1. Wait at least 72 h after the pavement has been laid and clean the surface, ensuring that the moisture does not exceed 4%.
2. Apply using a spray gun 30–40 cm from the substrate, without overloading the area.
3. Dry to the touch in 1–2 h; apply a second coat after 2–4 h.
4. Allow to cure completely for 24–48 h before exposing to traffic.

Yield

Coverage of approximately 6–8 m²/L in two coats on stamped concrete-type surfaces.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, and in its original, properly sealed container. Estimated shelf life of 1 year from the manufacturing date, provided it is stored correctly.
