Primacem® Joint 1.5Kg

Primacem® Joint 1.5 kg is an acrylic filler and smoothing putty, ready to use and specially formulated to fill joints and small irregularities before the application of microcement, such as Efectto Quartz. Its fast drying, high adhesion and water resistance make it the ideal solution for both interiors (bathrooms, kitchens) and exteriors, guaranteeing a smooth and homogeneous base for a perfect finish.

Main features

• Ready to use, easy to apply with a spatula or trowel.
• Excellent adhesion to tiles, plasterboard, concrete, plaster, brick, stone and painted surfaces.
• Fast touch-dry time (2–4 h); full cure 8–24 h depending on environmental conditions.
• Maintains flexibility after drying and is resistant to water and ambient humidity.
• Compatible with ready-to-use microcement after 12–24 h of drying.

How to use

1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or lime.
2. Stir the product before use, and apply according to joint thickness (0–2 / 2–5 / 5–10 mm).
3. Apply manually with a spatula or trowel, in a layer up to 4 mm thick.
4. Wait 2–4 h (touch-dry) and between 8–24 h for full cure before sanding or priming.

Yield

• General filling and smoothing: ~1.1 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
• Tile joint filling: ~0.24 kg/m² per mm of joint.

Storage conditions
