Oxicem® Yellow 1L LQ

Oxicem® Yellow 1 L LQ is a water-based decorative oxidizing reagent that transforms cementitious surfaces such as microcement, polished concrete, or mortar into elements with an aged mineral appearance. Its translucent yellow tone adds depth and warmth, enhancing the original texture of the substrate. Ideal for rustic, industrial, or vintage environments, its application integrates perfectly into interior and exterior projects with decorative pavements or vertical cladding.

Instructions for use

1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of varnishes or waxes.
2. Protect non-treatable areas such as metal, glass, or wood.
3. Shake the product before applying.
4. Apply in a uniform layer with the desired tool (roller, brush, spray gun, sponge, or trowel).
5. Allow to dry to the touch for 1 to 2 hours.
6. For a more intense color, apply a second coat once dry.
7. Wash with clean water and neutralize with a bicarbonate or ammonia solution after the last coat.

Yield

Yields approximately 10 m²/L per coat, depending on the type of surface and the tool used.

Storage conditions

Store the product in its original, tightly sealed container, between 5 °C and 30 °C, in a dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and frost. Its shelf life is up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.
