Zinc Overlay 25 kg

Overlay Zinc 25 Kg is a single-component decorative powder mortar, designed to quickly and efficiently renovate existing pavements with a contemporary finish. Its zinc color, a soft and modern gray, allows for the creation of continuous floors with great aesthetic value and adaptability to any current architectural style.

This product is part of the Overlay range, formulated by Topciment to achieve uniform and resistant finishes without needing to remove the original pavement. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, it combines aesthetics and functionality in a single decorative solution.

How to use

1. Verify that the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants (grease, waxes, dust).
2. Apply primer if the type of substrate requires it.
3. Mix with clean water until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
4. Apply a thin layer of product with a metal trowel.
5. Allow to dry completely before applying a second coat or additional treatment.

Performance

Approximately 1.4 Kg/m² per coat, depending on the condition and roughness of the substrate.

Storage conditions

Store in its original closed container, in a dry and ventilated place, protected from humidity. Shelf life of up to 12 months from the manufacturing date.
