Overlay Noir 25 Kg is a one-component decorative mortar for floors that transforms old pavements into modern and resistant surfaces without the need for demolition. Its Noir color, a deep black with a matte mineral finish, provides a sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic ideal for spaces with high visual impact such as industrial lofts, commercial premises, or modern high-design interiors.
It belongs to the Overlay range, developed by Topciment as a continuous coating system for floors that allows renovating seamless floors with excellent mechanical resistance. It is perfect for interiors and exteriors, both in homes and commercial environments.

Time between coats
- Clean the substrate, removing grease, wax, dust, and traces of previous products.
- Apply primer if the substrate is very porous or non-porous.
- Mix the powder with clean water until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Spread a thin layer with a metal trowel over the substrate.
- Allow to dry completely before applying a second coat or final treatment.
