Natture XL 20kg

Natture XL is a two-component lime-based microcement that acts as a base coat in low-thickness continuous decorative coatings. This product is specially formulated to achieve artisanal finishes such as tadelakt effect or exposed concrete, thanks to its coarser aggregate. Its excellent workability, hardness, and adherence to multiple substrates make it an ideal option for both interior and exterior applications, on floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, and furniture.

Instructions for use

1. Substrate preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, level, and with good adhesion. It is recommended to apply an appropriate primer depending on the type of substrate (Primacem Plus, ABS, or Primapox Barrier with Builtex mesh).
2. Mixing: Mix component A (powder) with component B (Acricem resin) in a ratio of 20 kg of powder per 6 L of resin. A low-speed mechanical stirrer should be used until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Application: Apply with a metal trowel in one or two coats, allowing a minimum drying time of 4 hours between them. To achieve a tadelakt effect, leave the porosity open; for an exposed concrete effect, close completely.
4. Drying: After complete drying, sand the surface before applying the next coat or the finish microcement.
5. Sealing: It is recommended to protect the system with Topsealer WT to improve resistance to water, stains, and traffic.

Storage Conditions

Store in the original closed container, in a dry place protected from humidity and direct sunlight, between 5 °C and 30 °C. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
