Every mould is ordered specifically for you: it is not part of our regular stock, but is prepared and requested from the factory once your purchase has been confirmed. For this reason, moulds cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, which we will of course take care of.

The Imacem® Classic Paver mold 118×52 cm green flex belongs to the prestigious Imacem® family of professional molds for stamped concrete. Made of high-quality flexible common polymer, it faithfully reproduces the classic paver, offering realistic texture and color on continuous pavements. Its extra-large size allows covering large areas with few repetitions, ideal for outdoor projects such as terraces, sidewalks, or decorative patios. Thanks to its flexibility, it is perfect for application on curved areas and walls.
- Prepare the surface, ensuring it is clean, level, and free of impurities
- Pour fresh concrete or mortar following the manufacturer's proportions
- Apply release agent to the base of the mold to prevent adhesion
- Place the mold on the fresh surface and press evenly to emboss the design
- Carefully remove the mold once the concrete has reached adequate stiffness
- Clean the mold with water after each use to maintain its texture and prolong its useful life

Each mold covers 1.54 m² per pass (118 cm × 52 cm). The number of units needed will depend on the total surface area and the overlap applied during placement.

Frequently asked questions about Toptools
What tools and accessories does the Toptools range include?
It brings together professional tools for applying microcement and decorative concrete: trowels, roller handles and refills, mixing rod, graduated jug, aluminium profiles, Builtex reinforcement meshes and Imacem® moulds for printed concrete, among others.
Which roller do I need for each varnish?
The DSV refills are designed for Topsealer® DSV two-component varnishes and the WT ones for the Topsealer® WT line. Both have a 4 mm pile and fit clip handles of the same width (180 or 220 mm).
What is Builtex mesh used for?
It is an alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh that is embedded in the first, still-fresh base coat of microcement and covered with a second coat. It reinforces the system and reduces the risk of cracks on floors and walls.
Which trowel should I choose for the microcement finish?
The Atenea and Zeus trowels and the carbon trowel are designed for finishing coats: they allow smooth, mark-free polishing, avoiding the burnt effect on floors and walls.
How are Imacem® moulds used?
They are flexible polymer moulds for stamping fan, cobblestone or tile patterns onto fresh printed concrete. Apply release agent to the textured face before placing them and remove them carefully so as not to deform the relief.
How do I clean and care for the tools?
Clean them with water (and soap for rollers, trowels and jug) right after use, before the product dries. Store rollers upright, and trowels and moulds flat, all in a dry place protected from sunlight and knocks.
