Every mould is ordered specifically for you: it is not part of our regular stock, but is prepared and requested from the factory once your purchase has been confirmed. Imacem® Sedona II Ashlar Mold 60x60 cm Yellow is a professional silicone mold designed to reproduce "ashlar" patterns with a regular stone-like finish on stamped concrete or microcement. Its square format and flexibility allow for the creation of continuous coatings without visible joints, adding elegance and rustic character to facades, floors, swimming pools, or outdoor areas. It belongs to the IMACEM® range, which offers more than 150 types of decorative impression molds manufactured in Spain.
- Prepare a leveled base coat of microcement, mortar, or stamped concrete.
- Place the mold on the fresh surface and press with a tamper or roller to transfer the relief.
- Carefully remove to maintain design fidelity.
- Repeat, overlapping slightly to ensure visual continuity without joints.
- Once set, apply pigmentation and sealing according to the decorative system used.

It can be reused multiple times, covering large areas in continuous series, provided it is properly stored and cleaned.

What products does the Imacem® range include?
Imacem® brings together moulds for stamping decorative textures onto fresh printed concrete (fan, cobblestone, tile, roadway, border, slab, wood, blanket, stone or ashlar) and the tools to apply them: texturing rollers, tamper, trowels, Orbitel, edger, hook and power trowel pans.
What materials and surfaces can I use Imacem® moulds on?
They are designed for fresh printed concrete, and many models also work for microcement and decorative mortars. Most moulds can be used on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors; check each model's description, as some are mainly intended for outdoor paving.
How do I use an Imacem® mould?
With the fresh concrete levelled, apply release agent to the textured face of the mould, place it and press firmly and evenly (with your weight, the tamper or a roller). Remove it carefully once setting has begun so as not to deform the relief.
Do I need release agent to work with the moulds?
Yes, we recommend applying release agent before stamping to prevent the material from sticking to the mould. You can use Desmocem® Powder or Liquid depending on the project.
What do I do after stamping the texture?
Once the surface has set and is dry, apply pigments and sealers according to the decorative system you are using. To protect and enhance the finish, a sealer such as TOPSEALER is recommended.
How do I clean and store the moulds?
Clean them with water after each use and dry them well before storing. Store them flat, in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, so they keep their shape.
