Every mould is ordered specifically for you: it is not part of our regular stock, but is prepared and requested from the factory once your purchase has been confirmed. For this reason, moulds cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, which we will of course take care of.

The 111 × 53 cm blue Nigeria Stone mold from the Imacem® line is a professional mold for creating stamped concrete pavements with a texture that realistically reproduces natural stone. Made of high-resistance blue rigid polymer, it allows for precise and durable stamping, ideal for outdoor areas such as patios, terraces, accessways, or gardens. Compatible with decorative systems such as Oxicem®, Stonecem® Floor, or Covercem®, this mold provides a continuous, high-quality finish on all types of horizontal surfaces.

Instructions for use
- Pour fresh concrete onto a clean and level surface.
- Apply release agent to the active face of the mold.
- Place the Nigeria Stone mold on the concrete and press evenly with a tamper to mark the texture.
- Carefully lift the mold once the material has superficially set.
- Continue stamping, slightly overlapping sections to ensure pattern continuity.
- Clean with water after use and store flat to preserve its geometry.
Yield
Each unit covers approximately 0.589 m² per impression (1.11 m × 0.53 m). It is recommended to work with at least three molds to facilitate continuous and uninterrupted application.

What products does the Imacem® range include?
Imacem® brings together moulds for stamping decorative textures onto fresh printed concrete (fan, cobblestone, tile, roadway, border, slab, wood, blanket, stone or ashlar) and the tools to apply them: texturing rollers, tamper, trowels, Orbitel, edger, hook and power trowel pans.
What materials and surfaces can I use Imacem® moulds on?
They are designed for fresh printed concrete, and many models also work for microcement and decorative mortars. Most moulds can be used on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors; check each model's description, as some are mainly intended for outdoor paving.
How do I use an Imacem® mould?
With the fresh concrete levelled, apply release agent to the textured face of the mould, place it and press firmly and evenly (with your weight, the tamper or a roller). Remove it carefully once setting has begun so as not to deform the relief.
Do I need release agent to work with the moulds?
Yes, we recommend applying release agent before stamping to prevent the material from sticking to the mould. You can use Desmocem® Powder or Liquid depending on the project.
What do I do after stamping the texture?
Once the surface has set and is dry, apply pigments and sealers according to the decorative system you are using. To protect and enhance the finish, a sealer such as TOPSEALER is recommended.
How do I clean and store the moulds?
Clean them with water after each use and dry them well before storing. Store them flat, in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, so they keep their shape.
