Imacem® molding valance channel 91x22cm green flexible

The Imacem® Border Channel 91 × 22 cm mold is a professional tool designed to create continuous channel-type reliefs on stamped concrete pavements. Thanks to its manufacture from high-resistance flexible polymer, it easily adapts to curved or linear edges, allowing the creation of decorative borders with great precision and definition.

This model is part of the Imacem® system and is fully compatible with solutions such as Oxicem®, Stonecem® Floor or tools from the TopTools® range, guaranteeing uniform results and perfect visual integration in decorative outdoor projects.

How to use

1. Prepare the substrate: clean, dry, level and free of dust or moisture residue.
2. Apply a layer of stamped concrete or decorative mortar according to the selected system.
3. Spray release agent on the textured side of the mold.
4. Align the mold over the desired area and press uniformly.
5. Carefully remove after surface setting.
6. Clean with water after each use to preserve the texture.

Performance

• Coverage per unit: approximately 0.200 m² per application.
• The number of molds required will depend on the design, perimeter or length of border to be executed.

Storage conditions
