Every mould is ordered specifically for you: it is not part of our regular stock, but is prepared and requested from the factory once your purchase has been confirmed. For this reason, moulds cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, which we will of course take care of.

Imacem® Molde Calzada Azteca A. 85×65 cm Blue is a high-resistance silicone mold designed to reproduce the irregular paving stone texture with pre-Hispanic inspiration. This model allows continuous finishes on pavements and coatings, with a decorative result of great visual impact. Thanks to its large format and durability, it is ideal for professional work on outdoor floors, terraces, patios, facades, or gardens. It belongs to the professional decorative mold line IMACEM®.
- Apply a uniform and fresh layer of microcement or mortar.
- Place the mold on the surface and press firmly to transfer the relief.
- Carefully remove the mold and repeat the process until the entire area is covered.
- Avoid visible joints by slightly overlapping the mold.
- Once dry, apply pigmentation or sealing according to the decorative system used.

What products does the Imacem® range include?
Imacem® brings together moulds for stamping decorative textures onto fresh printed concrete (fan, cobblestone, tile, roadway, border, slab, wood, blanket, stone or ashlar) and the tools to apply them: texturing rollers, tamper, trowels, Orbitel, edger, hook and power trowel pans.
What materials and surfaces can I use Imacem® moulds on?
They are designed for fresh printed concrete, and many models also work for microcement and decorative mortars. Most moulds can be used on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors; check each model's description, as some are mainly intended for outdoor paving.
How do I use an Imacem® mould?
With the fresh concrete levelled, apply release agent to the textured face of the mould, place it and press firmly and evenly (with your weight, the tamper or a roller). Remove it carefully once setting has begun so as not to deform the relief.
Do I need release agent to work with the moulds?
Yes, we recommend applying release agent before stamping to prevent the material from sticking to the mould. You can use Desmocem® Powder or Liquid depending on the project.
What do I do after stamping the texture?
Once the surface has set and is dry, apply pigments and sealers according to the decorative system you are using. To protect and enhance the finish, a sealer such as TOPSEALER is recommended.
How do I clean and store the moulds?
Clean them with water after each use and dry them well before storing. Store them flat, in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, so they keep their shape.
