Every mould is ordered specifically for you: it is not part of our regular stock, but is prepared and requested from the factory once your purchase has been confirmed. For this reason, moulds cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, which we will of course take care of.

The Imacem® Irregular Cobblestone Mold 116×52 cm blue is a professional tool designed to reproduce rustic and organic-looking cobblestones on stamped concrete surfaces. It is part of the Imacem® family, recognized for its quality and versatility in decorative molds. Its irregular pattern adds realism and character to any continuous pavement, making it ideal for sidewalks, patios, gardens, and urban areas. Made of high-resistance polymer, it allows working on flat or curved surfaces with an impeccable finish.
- Ensure the surface is clean, level, and ready for concrete application.
- Spread fresh concrete or mortar according to the decorative system specifications.
- Apply release agent to the base of the mold to prevent it from adhering to the material.
- Place the mold on the fresh concrete and press firmly and evenly.
- Carefully remove the mold once the material has set.
- Clean with water after each use to maintain definition and prolong its lifespan.

Each unit covers approximately 0.60 m² per pass. The number of molds will depend on the total project area and the laying pattern.

What products does the Imacem® range include?
Imacem® brings together moulds for stamping decorative textures onto fresh printed concrete (fan, cobblestone, tile, roadway, border, slab, wood, blanket, stone or ashlar) and the tools to apply them: texturing rollers, tamper, trowels, Orbitel, edger, hook and power trowel pans.
What materials and surfaces can I use Imacem® moulds on?
They are designed for fresh printed concrete, and many models also work for microcement and decorative mortars. Most moulds can be used on floors and walls, indoors and outdoors; check each model's description, as some are mainly intended for outdoor paving.
How do I use an Imacem® mould?
With the fresh concrete levelled, apply release agent to the textured face of the mould, place it and press firmly and evenly (with your weight, the tamper or a roller). Remove it carefully once setting has begun so as not to deform the relief.
Do I need release agent to work with the moulds?
Yes, we recommend applying release agent before stamping to prevent the material from sticking to the mould. You can use Desmocem® Powder or Liquid depending on the project.
What do I do after stamping the texture?
Once the surface has set and is dry, apply pigments and sealers according to the decorative system you are using. To protect and enhance the finish, a sealer such as TOPSEALER is recommended.
How do I clean and store the moulds?
Clean them with water after each use and dry them well before storing. Store them flat, in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, so they keep their shape.
